1 Year Warranty

The Breeez 1-Year Warranty is an optional protection plan available for purchase at checkout. It covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions occurring within 12 months of the original delivery date.

What's Covered

  • Motor failure
  • Battery failure to charge or hold a charge
  • Button, touch panel, or remote control malfunction
  • Any manufacturing defect that prevents normal use

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, broken parts)
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions

How to Make a Claim Contact us at info@breeez.store within the warranty period with your order number and photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect. Claims submitted without supporting evidence will not be processed.

Our Resolution Upon approval, we will provide a replacement unit or store credit, at Breeez's discretion, within 10 business days. This warranty covers one claim per purchased unit.

Important Notes This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not extend the original warranty period if a replacement is issued. The 1-Year Warranty must be purchased at the time of the original order and cannot be added afterward.
