What is the size and weight of HomeBreeez? HomeBreeez measures 6 x 3.4 x 6.9 inches and weighs just 0.94 lb (427g), making it compact and light enough to fit on any desk, nightstand, or in your bag.

How long does the battery last on a single charge? HomeBreeez is powered by a 4000mAh rechargeable battery and runs from 3.5 hours on the highest setting up to 15 hours on the lowest. It charges easily via USB-C.

Does it come with a remote control? Yes! Every HomeBreeez includes a remote so you can adjust the speed, switch modes, or turn it off without leaving your seat or bed.

How many speed settings does it have? HomeBreeez offers 100 stepless speed levels, controlled by touch or remote — so you can find the exact airflow that feels right, from a gentle breeze to full power.

Can I mount it on a wall? Yes. HomeBreeez has a dual-mount design — use the built-in stand to place it on any surface, or hang it on a wall to save space and aim the airflow exactly where you need it.

How loud is it? HomeBreeez runs quietly between 30–40 dB, soft enough for sleeping, working, or a baby's room.

Will the touch panel turn the fan on accidentally in my bag? No — the Breeez Fan has a built-in lock function. It works only with the finger touch.

Can the battery be replaced if it degrades over time? No — the fan is sealed and not user-serviceable. With normal use, the battery lasts several years before any noticeable degradation. If you add our optional 1-Year Warranty at checkout, battery failure (failing to charge or hold a charge) is covered — we'll replace the unit with proof of the issue.

Does it come in different colors? Currently available in Black-Purple and White-Beige. Both are designed to blend into a bedroom or home office without looking like a gadget.

What happens if I'm hot but my partner isn't? That's exactly what the remote is for. Adjust from your side of the bed without turning on a light, waking anyone up, or getting up.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the US takes 6–12 business days.

Where will my package ship from? Your order ships from one of our global fulfillment centers, selected to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

How long after ordering can I return my product? You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. For full details, check out our Return & Refund Policy.

Do I have to ship the product back? In most cases, no. Just contact us at info@breeez.store with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

How long after my return will I be refunded? Once your return request is approved, your refund is typically processed within 10 business days on your original payment method. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post it.

What's the difference between the 30-day refund and the 1-Year Warranty? The 30-day money-back guarantee lets you return your order for any reason, no questions asked. The 1-Year Warranty is a separate, optional plan you can add in the cart — it covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions for 12 months. Think of it as long-term protection for your fan, not a return window.

Can I add the 1-Year Warranty later? No — the warranty must be added at checkout, at the time of purchase. It can't be added afterward.
