At Breeez™, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently.

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the moment your order is placed. During periods of high demand, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours.

Please note: the total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We currently offer Insured Standard Shipping. We are working to expand our delivery options soon.

These averages are based on recent shipping data. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local courier performance. "Business days" exclude weekends and national holidays.

During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, or year-end periods), delivery may take longer due to increased carrier volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing times are beyond our control and may extend delivery timelines. We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by customs clearance.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order is processed, we may be unable to make changes.

Breeez™ is not responsible for delays or undelivered parcels resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If the address provided is incorrect, please contact your local postal service or courier directly to attempt redelivery.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of the package, or failure to collect it within the courier's holding period, please contact us at info@breeez.store and we'll work with you to arrange reshipment.

If delivery failure is due to a courier error or a mistake on our end, we will resend your order free of charge.

Package Marked as "Delivered" but Not Received

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office first, then contact the courier and open a claim for investigation.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, Breeez™ cannot be held liable for theft, loss, or incorrect delivery outside of our control.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at info@breeez.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are covered by standard shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. Claims must be submitted within 10 days from the estimated delivery date to remain eligible.
